How to return O bag products
Return of goods purchased in the online store www.obag.al is carried out in cases and in accordance with the conditions regulated as following

- in case of refusal from the goods, the refund occurs within 7 working days after the registration of the return procedure. If the money is returned to a bank account, the period can be up to 14 banking days and depends on the banking system;
- We notify you that all shipping costs, in the event of an exchange or return of goods, are borne by the client.
If you want to return or exchange an item under warranty:
- check the presence of the receipt and, if provided, the warranty card;
- in case of refusal from the goods, the cash is returned within 7 working days after the return procedure is completed. If the money is returned to a bank account, the period can be up to 14 banking days and depends on the banking system;
- if necessary, in controversial issues, and in accordance with the norms stipulated by law, in some cases the store may require an expert assessment of the damage to the goods in order to identify the causes of the malfunction. The diagnostic process takes from 7 to 30 days, and the party found guilty of a product malfunction undertakes to cover the costs of the examination;
- We notify you that all shipping costs, in the event of an exchange or return of goods, are borne by the client.
In what cases the store has the right to refuse to return or exchange goods:
- if there is no receipt or document confirming the purchase of goods in our store. And in cases where it is provided – a warranty card.
- if the product has been in operation, has defects, or is incomplete, except for the cases provided for by the warranty service;
- if more than 14 days have passed since the date of purchase, except for cases stipulated by the warranty service.
